Oh, and I can add one new "wish list" trail easily: A bike/pedestrian bridge alongside the CSX Rail Bridge on M St SE. It'd definitely be a much safer and friendlier river crossing compared to the current options, and would be the easiest and most logical place to put a bridge.

The new local span of the 11th St bridge will also increase the viability of bicycle commuting from EoTR considerably. The new bike lanes on 11th St SE WoTR are *awesome.*
