At the core of the biking discussion is connectivity. East of the River is tremendously advantageous if only for the connectivity. David, thanks for undertaking this research. A year or two ago there was a multi-agency and jurisdictional study called the CapitalSpace Initiative, which aimed to streamline local and federal parkland usage and connect the expanse of parkland in Wards 7 and 8. Do you know where that project is?
