Hard as it may be to fathom, the goal of the proposed trails isn't to get more people to travel EOTR (and epseially not people with a bad attitude). The goal of these trails (and better bike facilities in general, such as a bike lane on Naylor Rd) should be to make biking an option for people who live/work/visit EOTR.
