Closing Rhode Island Avenue from Connecticut to the District line ,11th Street NE/SE, one of the two 11th Street bridges over the Anacostia, and Martin Luther King Ave SE would be the most stupid thing to ever do all have lots of traffic on them and those would drive traffic onto residental streets and then not only that but lots of metro buses travel on those streets except for 11th Street NE, you would have to reroute several metro bus lines and then get the notice out post alternative routes etc. It would just be a pain in the ass no matter how you look at it.

New Hampshire to U to 14th and back to New Hampshire? is probably the best it would still inconvience residents why would we do this at all in residental areas and not downtown may like g, 8th or E streets
