Ah, the sweet problems of the FEDs controlling all (?) the bridges to your city. I've run into this with snow removal. Key Bridge is US-29, and not a DC city street. Roosevelt is I-66. Perhaps Memorial Bridge and Chain Bridge are probably NPS, 14th St bridges are I-395, 11 St is I-295 (to become I-695), and the (small) NY Ave bridge is US-50 and the WWII bridge is also I-(4)95.

That leaves the bridges carrying S and E Capitol St, PA Ave, and Benning Rd for DC. Or are those federal too?
