Was Tommy Wells not there?

I agree that unused land needs to be developed, but it is important that it be the right kind of development. We don't want suburban style 7-11's everywhere. We don't want any more "International Graduate Schools" like the neighborhood killer on Capitol Hill. I don't want them knocking down any historically significant houses like the one they knocked down today at 2300 Penn SE. So caution is virtue here.
