I think with Bechtel you can definitely make the access argument. The difference between Reston and Frederick distance wise is way more than I expected. With something like the difference between bethesda and fairfax/arlington it may come down to taxes but the infrastructure/density is still important. It will be interesting to see how the silver vs. purple line will matter to businesses in a few years.
