To me, Bairstow seems like the clear choice. Plus, she went to UVA!

Also, the funny thing about adding 150 units of housing is that they did that back in the 1920's all up and down Conn. Ave and it wasn't a big deal. Many of those buildings have as many as 300 units... yet today, in 2008, 150 units on a less densely inhabited Wisconsin Ave corridor is considered too many. 150 units will have a negligible effect on traffic, and while the impact of the Giant will be great, I truly doubt with all of the other grocery stores in the area that it will be any more "destination retail" than the current Giant.
