Who are these people who want TOD but don't want to live in the city? What does TOD do for them? What is the point of living next to a Metro station if that station is an hour away from anywhere worth going?

We're wasting all of this time and money on the Dulles corridor when the US1 corridor is where we really need to be focusing our attention.
