McDonnell's just your typical train-hating Republican Gov. in the mold of Walker, Scott, Christie, Kasich, etc. This was intended as a huge middle finger to NoVa for the sin of not voting GOP. Remember McCain's election year line about "Real Virginia" vs. NoVa?
