wait a second. You mean that parking minimums and height laws have nothing to do with the increase in rents? That a good percentage of Americans have such impaired credit rating that they can't buy? Or they don't have jobs? And that rents in Washington have nothing to do with the reality this is one of maybe 3 jobs markets in the US that working for people under 35?
