@Kyle W -- you're probably right, but I think it shows that Barclays can likely get away with a similar number of slots (as long as there's some office space in the area). Arenas/stadiums use the off-hours (with the exception of weekday matinee performances) so it's typically a way to more efficiently use the parking that already exists.
