I think the Express/Extra decision is wrongheaded. Most people who are taking limited-stop rides are daily commuters who don't care about "bus parlance" -- they ride that same bus every day and just want to get home as fast as possible, regardless of whether the name is consistent with other cities. Express implies fast. Extra does not. Which means it will take longer for daily commuters to discover that the "S9 Extra" will get them home faster, and more non-commuters will accidentally get on the S9 without realizing it's going to skip their stop. What is Extra supposed to signify here, anyway? It makes no sense to me.
