I agree that "Express" would be a more intuitive name to use than "Extra" (when I think express, I think that it's skipping stops/doesn't stop very often and therefore goes faster than other buses). It's great news that the 16th St lines are getting added capacity! I'm confused by WMATA's description of what is happening to the L1 L2 L4 lines --fortunately the D6 cuts are relatively minor.
