These changes to part of the G8 line seem really unfortunate. Up until now, headed east from Brookland to the end of the line, there have been 23 G8 outbound buses between 4:00 and 7:00 PM, including 12 that ran just Brookland-terminus. This was a great level of service with seemingly lots of happy middle class, middle aged riders. That schedule is evidently being reduced by a whopping nine trips with the new schedule. And since all the trips will now originate downtown, the schedule will be shot...waits for passengers boarding at Brookland will surely be longer and less predictable. I hope this won't turn us happy Ward 5 riders into grumps!
