I mean Ashburn is a suburban hellhole. It has no live entertainment to speak of, no interesting bikeable/walkable space other than the WO&D line, no decent restaurants, just a bunch of disconnected housing developments and strip malls. I've spent more than enough time in the area to know that I couldn't wait to get out of there. Alexandria is utopia in comparison.
