So you advocate stasis in MoCo, but yet it is ok to radically transform Loudoun county?

Goldfish, look at my list of what I believe constitutes radical (farmland to residential/retail) vs. NOT radical (increasing density of existing residential/retail) transformation. The development around the proposed Silver Line stations in Loudoun would be similar to the examples on the Not Radical list.

Radical transformation for Loudoun would be transforming more farmland to residential/retail uses. I think that kind of sprawl is not a good idea and the Silver Line would provide Loudoun a way to grow without that kind of radical transformation.
