Many here think the current commonwealth admin, and VDOT in general, have a bias against transit.

Rush plus just began less than 2 weeks ago. Dont you think its wise for them to review the results before commiting to an operating plan for the silver line?

I would think empiricism would lead one to make plans based on actual results - you seem to want WMATA to rush to its operating plan before analyzing the results of Rush+, and you seem to want to commit to the rte 7 widening without looking at how the silver line actually works after it opens.

Whats the rush? Do you want the rte 7 superhighway to move towards implementation within the next 18 months?
