Does anyone know what the rhyme or reason is to what parts of DC have underground power and which don't? The L'Enfant city has underground lines, I assume the other lucky places were streetcar suburbs and the lines were buried when streetcar was put in, except I think a lot of those places had overhead streetcar wire.
