I actually kind of like the idea of the circular one as it would make it somewhat easier to get around DC. I think there should have been atleast been one highway north/south and another east/west then get rid of 295 & 395 within DC

Currently it takes forever to travel end to end in DC I have to do it everyday. There is no good to do it either via roads or public transit this would have atleast helped.
