Thinking off-the-cuff, it wouldn't be awful if Metro just poured the money into small projects for things like landscaping, bike racks, ADA improvements, station lighting, etc...

Also, we need to have a serious discussion about why Metro's labor costs are so damn high, and how to reduce those costs without deliberately f---ing the employees.
