Steve: Which second point, the service cuts second point or the NextBus resolution's second Whereas? For service cuts, it's not my resolution, but I did write those bullets to summarize. For the NextBus one, I do see there was a grammatical error in that Whereas. Is that what you meant? Or was something else unclear?
