Lance: That was a different phase. If my memory serves, the original plans had two extra IZ stories. HPRB made the developer get rid of one of them. Then, when IZ hadn't passed in time, the developer removed the second. I was referring to the first, which happened during the first HPRB meetings on the project in February 2008.
