tsarchitect, you've kinda put me on the spot as Mr. White Guy Invader. Seven Corners is something like 20% Asian, 40% Hispanic, and I'd guess 20-30% non-Hispanic white, so it's not like I'm taking over "their" neighborhood (for any value of "they"). There's no comparison between this and white folks moving to Harlem or Bedford-Stuyvesant or, say, Shaw. I just get annoyed with Seven Corners not being noticed, because I think it has a lot to offer. And some good urbanism (the changes I proposed were hardly dramatic) would make it even better for everyone.
