Also, we need to educate riders to use the rear doors for exiting. It's such a waste of time to let everyone off before you (and possibly a line of others behind you) get on. Unless you have a disability (e.g. you need the wheelchair ramp), there's no need to hold things up. I will say that boarding time has decreased dramatically since the elimination of paper transfers. Now we get to sit through only one cycle of lights at an intersection rather than 2 or more!
