You know the BDSM sex thing might offend some squeamish people and lead to one biased opinion or another, but my city had a similar issue with Alcoholic's Anonymous meetings held in a private home. They of course were let off the hook despite the law saying otherwise, but still.

It's a bit of a challenge. I mean, where do you draw the line between a private gathering and violating non-residential use according to zoning policy?
