This post is very hypocritical for GGW. Only a few months ago you were saying that there was not demand for a parking garage at Lot 31. There has always been a parking shortage for that area and there is clear need to build the multi-modal mixed use garage project. I do agree that they should charge on weekened in select garages and lots, including those that serve the popular Bethesda Row and Downtown Silver Spring developments. The additional revenue should be dedicated to improving pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure in those CBDs.
