From a real estate perspective, you gotta love the food trucks craze - they can turn any neighborhood into a dining hot spot. And those select food trucks that are ambitious enough to seek out high-density neighborhoods in DC, Bethesda, and McLean (NOVA in general), have the potential to gain a lot of new fans and people (many new homebuyers/renters) are flooding to those areas right now (http://allthingswashdc.com/2010/04/21/best-bethesda-realtors-on-buying-v-renting/).
