I read Option of Urbanism recently and was deeply inspired by it. As a young professional, I've moved 3 times in the last 5 years, the first of which was after purchasing my first home, which I still need to sell by the way! I'm convinced that the traditional way of owning and transferring real estate is no longer viable in a fast-paced and highly mobile way of life, and we need to think creatively about how real estate will be owned and transferred in the future.

Do you have any ideas or opinions about shifts in lending, purchasing, and development of homes that can begin to address this issue?
