The Circulators are usually successful because they serve a need which is

Transit on Mass Ave east of the Convention Center even if there are only two stops there was never a bus route there.
If it was Circulator, WMATA or something else it would be successful.

A way to Georgetown that does not involve the 30's.

The 14th street line is basically a 50 express with the old H5 metro route added just for the hell of it. The route would be successful if it just went on 14th street and never went to Adam's Morgan or Woodley Park station.

Not sure about the 7th street line; everytime I have been on it not many tourist or residents were on it.

Navy Yard line unsuccessful because it stops at none of the busiest places the N22 did like on Louisiana Ave, Independence Ave, Penn Ave except for Eastern Market. Many places along the line where people work aren't served by the Circulator like they were with the N22 the trips have either be lost in those people walking/driving/cab or taking the 30's, 96, 97 metrobus routes. And the N22 ran on weekends.

If the bus routes are supposed to be for tourist

Jack up the damn price $3.00 sounds fine for tourist, dont accept smartrip,

why the hell is the bus stopping anywhere along K street ?

Why is it not travel or I & H or Constitution so that it can be near the White House and other tourist areas

Why stop anywhere on 14th street besides U street or even go to Columbia Hgts or Woodley Park if your not going to the actual zoo.

And what the hell is the purpose of the Navy Yard Line just extend the 7th street line over 6 blocks on M street to the Navy Yard station
