I just want a fare structure that is easier for the faregates to compute. Ever since the new fares went into effect my Smartrip card takes just about as long as a paper card to get through the gates and it is much more susceptible to invalid reads because I take it away from the sensor too quickly.

Though I haven't been using Metro as much recently because CaBi is often times much faster than waiting for Metro for my intra-District travels.
