What else is Georgetown supposed to do? The neighborhood behaves like they're a small village in rural America and that the University (as well as city traffic) comes out of nowhere.

It is actually not a bad idea to create a forum in which community concerns can be shared and solved. However, when those in power refuse to be reasonable in any way shape or form, there is no other way out.

It is very sad to see that yet again, a small group of people is causing a lot of slow moving expensive litigation. What a waste of good-will, time and money. Imagine that all that good-will, time and money could actually be invested in Georgetown.

The student cap will degrade the quality of education of the continuing education students. Washington can be proud that it is succeeding once more in degrading the quality of education.
