DDOT planning contraflow bike lanes on New Hampshire
According to DDOT's Mike Goodno, New Hampshire Avenue will get contraflow bike lanes in the next year, enabling bicyclists to ride toward or away from U Street. New Hampshire is plenty wide and much safer than nearby major streets, making this a perfect place for these lanes and legalizing the behavior for which MPD recently ticketed people.Comments
