Yes, we do. But not as many people submit photos of bad things.

The photograph showed a long-standing problem in DC. That railway bridge is seriously rusted and hasn't been maintained properly for many years. It really needs to be replaced with new steel trusses (that aren't seriously rusted and will thus resolve the current safety problem).

Sigh.

@Anonymous Coward - I don't think that's a railroad bridge, I think that's the Roosevelt Bridge over the Potomac (I-66).
