McDonnell gets Metro seat, lets cash flow

After fighting for more than a year, Governor McDonnell and the NVTC have reached an agreement where McDonnell will get to appoint his 1 member to the WMATA Board, and McDonnell will stop trying to withhold promised Metro funding. (Examiner)
