Where's O'Malley?

The AP reports that Virginia Governor Tom Tim Kaine, Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell, and Maryland former Governor Parris Glendening have all endorsed Transportation for America's agenda.

Hm, I could have sworn there was an actual current governor somewhere in a state in between Virginia and Pennsylvania. And I don't mean Delaware Governor Ruth Ann Minner, though I'd like to see her endorse it too.
