		<description>There is a big schism in New Urbanism about "landscape urbanism." Building architects like Andres Duany criticize landscape architects. But I happen to think that generally, landscape architects deal with urban design issues much better than architects and landscape architecture firms are better on this than architecture firms without planning arms.

&lt;p&gt;I agree that it&amp;#39;s an excellent resource.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>I hope they expand this guide to other parts of the region - I remember ASLA or another group had a conference here a couple of years ago and had a guide to public spaces and neighborhoods in Silver Spring, Bethesda, etc.
