There’s now an official page where you can buy tickets to the April 22nd house party at my house to support the Coalition for Smarter Growth. DDOT Director Gabe Klein will be our special guest. Your $100 contribution will support this important organization that advocates for our issues throughout the region.

Buy tickets now for the house party. If you can’t attend or can’t afford $100, I hope you will still contribute to CSG to help them keep promoting livable and walkable communities, housing and retail near transit, numerous convenient transportation choices, and a better region.

CSG is also organizing a great free lecture on Wednesday, April 15th, called “How New Transportation Policies Can Shape Great Communities.” It features Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk of Congress for the New Urbanism and Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company, and Geoff Anderson, head of Smart Growth America. They will discuss the upcoming federal transportation reauthorization, which will shape transportation spending for better or worse for at least five years.
