Next week, we’ll review the year’s best posts and recent events. But while you’re recovering from holiday food and revelry and/or toiling away at work, tell us your predictions for 2015.

Will long-planned transit projects like the DC Streetcar and Purple Line move forward, or run into more obstacles? Will Arlington find a way to improve transit on Columbia Pike?

What neighborhoods will rise in price, and which won’t? What retail and development hotspots will we be talking about a year from now? How much will Tysons Corner change? White Flint? Union Market? St. Elizabeths?

What will happen in DC politics? Education? How will Muriel Bowser’s first year go? Larry Hogan’s? Will anything significant happen in this year’s Virginia legislative session?

What do you think will be the biggest stories, good, bad, or neutral, of 2015?

Borrowing a clever idea from the Cranky Flier, we’ll look back at the predictions next year and see who had the best guesses. Post your predictions in the comments.
