Then (left): April 1948, the Windsor shop on Rhode Island Avenue.

Now (right): The spiffy neon sign and curved glass windows are gone, but the building and curved stone entry are still there.

Someday isn't going to happen 'till that corridor has fixed-route mass transit again..i.e. streetcars.
