Foxx says no to FRA
US Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx has rejected the NTSB’s recommendation to transfer safety oversight of Metro to the Federal Railroad Administration. Instead, he says it’s better to focus on reforming the existing Tri-State Oversight Committee. (Post)

Key Bridge rehab

Downtown parking changes

Hotel still happening
