Arlington acts on Airbnb
Arlington County is drafting a zoning ordinance to regulate Airbnb properties as residents who are upset about noise and residents who run Airbnbs both look for guidelines. Arlington has almost 1,000 Airbnb listings. (WTOP)
Keeping housing affordable
DC is dedicating $7 million to preserve affordable housing in Wards 6 and 8. The city will rehabilitate 105 apartments in two buildings for residents making below 50 percent and 80 percent of the area median income. (CityPaper)
