TARC, the transit authority of Louisville, Kentucky, put together this catchy tune on how to mount your bike to a bus-mounted bike rack.

It suggests a bike means that they can ride to a bus stop that they might otherwise consider too far away. The video also markets to regular cyclists, who might want to ride home on the bus rather than bike in the dark.
Floating around: Several cities around the country have installed "floating" bike lanes to accommodate cyclists on roads with flexible parking/travel lanes. Could these kinds of lanes be used in DC, perhaps on M Street in SE/SW? (Lexington, KY) (Comment)
